Underground Dispatch

Underground Dispatch

Real-time monitoring of personnel and equipment position in underground mines.

Underground Dispatch
Main Functionality:

Control of the current personnel position throughout the whole period of their stay in the mine;

Precise detection of personnel position relative to the mine working;

Individual and group notification of the personnel in the mine in case of an emergency;

Voice and text message notifications to the mineworkers in working and emergencies;

Control of personnel access to restricted and dangerous areas;

Personnel detection in emergencies;

Detection of personnel in emergencies;

Data archive maintenance on the positioning and working hours of personnel.

Monitoring of the personnel's actual position
буровых станков

Real-time display of the personnel location on a digital model, selective visualization of personnel by various criteria, like:

  • operational horizon where workers are located;
  • working personnel occupations;
  • working areas, faces;
  • alleged production zones (for example, explosion zone, etc.);
  • individual selection of personnel.
Control of working time includes:

Logging the time of the receipt/handover of RFID tags by workers in the warehouse;

Assessment of the time spent by personnel in the mine or a certain area;

Automatic notification of the dispatcher about excessive time spent by personnel in the pit;

A collection of statistical information on an employee for a time interval (shift, working decade, month, etc.).

Working with tags consists of:

Detection of active tags within their coverage area of the base stations;

Automatic detection of the number of active tags within the readers' range;

Automatic detection of tags' coordinates (their location) according to the readers signal level;

Use of the color indication to display the tag's quality of the signal.

Entry control into restricted areas includes:

Assessment of personnel present in the production and hazardous zones (blockages, gassed areas, possible collapse zones, etc.);

Notification to the mine dispatcher about the entry of an employee into a prohibited area;

Convenient and flexible tools for zoning within the horizon.

Voice communication and employees notification consist of:

Organization of voice notification of personnel through individual walkie-talkies;

Communication mode both between personnel and with dispatcher;

Connection of executive personnel via smartphone;

Individual and group notifications;

Recording of conversations and reports.

Evaluation of the system's technical state consists of:

Mapping and assessment of the technical condition of individual tags and base reading stations;

Registration of communication loss with readers and tags in the dispatcher's event log;

Visual configurable registration of signal loss with tags and readers on the map.
